Installed this last night and took about 10 minutes. This is an original stock Glock pistol sight. I attached the rear sight with a wooden dowel and a small gun hammer. A vision device is not required, however I recommend a vision device if you want to remove. The front sight is fitted with a standard Glock front sight. Tightened well.

This is a Glock factory sight, nothing special but functional enough. I bought a built-in top to wear. Will replace with some night sights if I'm confident my top is reliable. Happy with them for my purpose and price.

Best Glock Sights In 2023 (a Marine's Real Life Experience)

I really like my Glock 19 and 26 but find it shoots about 3" high at 20 feet with the supplied sights. I tried the lowest plastic rear sight available and the Glock adjustable rear on its lowest setting. I had no luck. I decided on expensive aftermarket sights. Tried the last OEM option before buying and found the 6.1mm steel sight to be exactly what I needed. Although the 6.1mm plastic sight should be the same height, if you look closely at the rear step you'll notice it sits higher from the steel sights, not the sights. My gun with this sight and the Glock steel front sight are on the money. 20-25 feet is about right, which is the distance I usually shoot. Steel sights also offer more. Cleaner sight picture.
